Cuci ayam hingga bersih potong jd 2-3bagianlalu kasi perasan 1/2 lemon smpe rata lalu taburi 2 sendok makan garam 2 sendok makan mrica &5 bawang putih geprek cincang,parutan jahe sedikit saja(kira2 1/2 dr bahan yg d siapkan), kasi stgh bungkus penyedap rasa ak pake royko ayam campur dan ratakan lalu diamkan.
  2. Mari buat saus nya selagi mendiamkan ayam...pertama geprek cincang 5 bawput lalu d tumis dg api sedang smpe harum kemudian masukan parutan sisa jahe nya (kl ak stgh kelingking jahe it ak bagi 2 yg sbagian utk campuran ayam sbagian nya utk buat saos,kl g punya parutan bisa d potong kecil2 kaya fto d bawah) tumis bersama lalu masukan 3 sendok makan saus tomat 2 sendok makan saus pedas 1/2 sendok makan saus tiram tumis dulu smpe rata, masukan 2sendok makan kecap asin 4 sendok makan gula pasir lalu.

Tambakah 1/4 sendok makan penyedap rasa tambahkan 1/2 sndok makan mrica atau black paper lalu tambahkan 1/2 perasan lemon harus bgt jgn d ganti jeruk nipis nanti rasanya beda...lalu tambahkan air mineral 5 sendok makan biar g terlalu kental....aduk aduk lalu tambahkan 1 sendok makan bubuk cabe dan tiriskan.

Sekarang kita goreng ayam ya yaaah....cara buat tepungnya adalaah canpurkan 2 sendok makan tepung terigu 2 sendok makan tepung maizena 2 sendok makan tepung beras dan stgh sendok teh royko ayam...kl g mau ribet pake aj bumbu serba guna ehehehehe lalu balurkan ayam dan goreng d api sedang....nah kl uda stgh mateng tiriskan dl ya guys jgn lgsg d goreng smpe mateng...diemin dl 3-5mnt baru d goreng lg krn tehnik ini nih yg buat ayamnya kriuk kriuk.

Nah stlh matang baru deh kita oleskan ayam nya k saosnya...kl di drama drama korea biasanya ayam dan saus nya d campurin d baskom trs d aduk kl ak lebih suka kl d oles saja jd g kebanyakan saosnya dan bumbu kulit ayamnya lbh terasa....oia jgn lupa kasi cabe bubuk d atas ayam jg setelah ayam d olesi saosnya...jadi dehhh gampang kan.
