- Bikin saos beras biarkan dingin lalu campur dngn bumbu halus dan saos ikan. Lalu campur kan wortel dan daun bawang. Aduk smpe tercampur rata. Q tambah minyak wijen 3 sdk mkn biar wangi..
- Tambahkan wijen dan lobak aduk smpe layu kemudian tambahkan sawinya. Cek rasa..
- Simpan dalam wadah plastik atau toples gelas. Tutup rapat dan diamkan dalam suhu ruang selama 24-48 jam. Baru masukan kulkas. (makin lama fermentasi makin terasa kecutnya, jadi klo mau lebih kecut biarkan d suhu ruang agak lama baru masukkan kulkas. Tp jgn trllu lama krn klo terllu kecut gk enak juga.
