- Cuci bersih sawi dan wortel. Potong sawi. Parut wortel (kalau di potong2 kurang tipis ya) tapi sesuai selera aja dipotong pakai pisau juga tdk apa2..
- Sawi yang sudah dicuci dan dipotong di aduk pakai garam agar layu. Selama 1 jam. 30menit pertama aduk. Diamkan lagi 30menit. Pokok nya total 1 jam. 1 jam kemudian lihat apakah batang sawi sudah lentur apa masih kaku. Kalau sudah lentur. Bersihkan kembali (cuci). Dan tiriskan..
- Haluskan bawang putih dan jahe. Campurkan dengan bubuk cabe, kecap ikan, kecap asin, saus tiram, kecap inggris..
- Setelah bumbu tercampur. Adukkan dengan sawi dan wortel. Tambahkan wijen secukupnya. Biar tercampur rata, aduknya pake tangan ya (pake sarung tangan plastik). Soalnya suka ada bumbu yg masih ngegumpal..
- Setelah semua tercampur rata, masukkan ke toples deh tutup rapat.. seharus nya diamkan selama 24 jam yaaa biar bumbu nya meresap semua. Dan sawi nya suka masih pahit kalau langsung dimakan. Masukkin ke kulkas biar enak.. hehe.
