Cuci bersih semua bahan di air mengalir.Potong timun menjadi 4 bagian dengan jarak +-1 cm dari pangkal (jangan sampai putus).

Taburi garam di setiap permukaan timun. Diamkan selama 20 menit. Iris tipis wortel dan daun bawang.

Iris tipis bawang bombay dan cincang halus bawang putih. Masukkan semua irisan sayur kedalam bowl.

Tambahkan garam, kecap ikan, gochugaru dan wijen. Aduk rata. Sisihkan. Cuci sebentar timunnya, masukkan sayuran ke sela sela timun.

Lakukan hingga semua timun terisi. Masukkan dalam wadah. Tunggu hingga kurang lebih 8 jam untuk proses fermentasi baru masukkan kedalam lemari es.
