  1. Berdoa. Potong-potong wortel bentuk bunga. Lalu rebus sebentar, tiriskan. Tata di wajan dengan potongan daun bawang kucai. Beri minyak sedikit..
  2. Sementara itu, rendam ebi sebentar, lalu cuci bersih, saring. Lanjut campur bahan adonan jadi satu dengan air..
  3. Masukkan ebi, aduk rata. Panaskan wajan dengan api kecil dulu, lalu sirap bunga-bunga wortel dengan adonan pancake (usahakan adonan putihnya saja/tanpa isian)..
  4. Setelah tertutup adonan. Baru masukkan semua adonan. Tutup wajan masak hingga matang, balik, masak lagi..
  5. Taruh di piring, potong sesuai selera, sajikan dengan saus. Jadi deh....
