  1. Bersihkan kerang dara. Saya membagi 2 kerang nya. Satu saya kupas cangkangnya yg sebagian dibiarkan ada cangkangnya.
  2. Potong bawang bombay dan daun bawang.
  3. Cincang bawang putih.
  4. Potong bahan pelengkap (kubis, lobak dan daun bawang) sesuai selera. Bisa juga ditambah bahan lain atau jenis seafood lain sesuai selera.
  5. Panaskan wajan. Beri sedikit minyak masukkan bawang putih cincang tumis hingga harum.
  6. Masukkan bawang bombay dan daun bawang. Tumis hingga harum.
  7. Masukkan kerang dara yg sudah dikupas. Masak hingga kerang matang.
  8. Masukkan bahan pelengkap (kubis, lobak, daun bawang).
  9. Bumbui garam gula dan lada. Lalu masukkan 1 sendok makan minyak wijen.
  10. Tambahkan cabe bubuk dan beri saus tiram 1 sendok makan. Cek rasa.
  11. Masukkan air dan kerang yg masih ada cangkang dan tunggu hingga mendidih dan matang. Sisihkan.
  12. Untuk mie nya. Ambil 150 gram la fonte lalu masak dalam air mendidih yg sudah diberi garam dan minyak goreng agar tidak lengket. Sisihkan.
  13. Untuk penyajian. Siapkan mie dalam mangkuk. Siram dengan kuah jjamppong dan beri daun bawang sebagai garnish.
