This is what I consider the ultimate beef soup.

Ingredients of Beef Soup (Sop Daging)
- It's 150 gr of Daging Has Dalam.
- It's 5 bh of Wortel.
- Prepare 1 bh of Kentang.
- It's 6 bh of Buncis.
- It's 3 btg of Daun Bawang.
- It's 2 btg of Seledri.
- Prepare 200 gr of Kol Putih.
- It's 1 bh of Tomat.
- Prepare secukupnya of Garam.
- It's secukupnya of Kaldu bubuk.
- Prepare secukupnya of Gula.
- Prepare secukupnya of Merica.
- It's 1.5 L of Air.
- It's 3 sdm of Minyak Goreng untuk menumis.
- It's 2 Ruas of Jahe Geprek.
- It's 3 btg of Cengkeh.
- Prepare 4 bh of Kapulaga.
- It's 1 btg of Kayu Manis.
- You need 2 bh of Bunga Lawang.
- Prepare of Bumbu Halus.
- Prepare 5 siung of Bawang Putih.
- You need 3 siung of Bawang merah.
Place beef and water in a soup pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the beef is tender. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant and the garlic has turned golden brown.

- Potong Dadu Daging yg sudah di bersihkan,kemudian Rebus sebentar untuk membuang kotoran2,Lalu Tiriskan.
- Haluskan Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih.
- Potong2 Wortel,Kentang,Buncis, Kol putih, Daun Bawang, Seledri, Tomat,.
- Rebus Air didalam panci, sambil menunggu Tumis bumbu Halus sampai Wangi dan berubah Warna,.
- Masukan Bumbu yg sudah di tumis kedalam Rebusan Air, Masukan Daging yg sudah direbus,.
- Masukan Bunga lawang, Kayu manis, Cengkeh, Jahe,Kapulaga.
- Jika Air sudah mendidih,Masukan Daun Bawang, Wortel, kentang, Buncis,Kol.
- Masukan Garam, Merica, Kaldu bubuk, Gula, Koreksi Rasa.
- Jika semua bahan udh empuk, Masukan Tomat (tomat dimasukan belakangan biar gak hancur dan masih ada Texture crunchy).
- Setelah itu Sajikan untuk keluarga.
